The charm of this borderland
The Serracapelli cru of the Municipality of Neive, situated at the northern limit of the Barbaresco denomination, at approx. 300 metres of average altitude, begins under the road that crosses the village in the stretch between the Monteoberto farmhouse and the last houses, descending towards the valley bottom (about 250 metres above sea level) where one encounters the first hazel groves.

Beyond we find the Moscato and the Barbera wines of the Municipality of Castagnole Lanze; Serracapelli area, still little explored and therefore rich in natural biodiversity, represents the setting and the vine heritage within which one can admire the work of Cecilia Monte.

The expressiveness of the wines of this strip of land is distinguished by a series of peculiarities, including a refreshing balsamic hint that characterises the depth of taste together with a complex but never intrusive structure.
The potential longevity is extraordinary as too is the charm of this borderland.
